Austin YLC Team:
We have had a minor change in plans for the Austin YLC Team transportation to and from Sherman for the Great Debate.
DEPARTURE: The Austin YLC will be picked up at THIS THURSDAY AT 5:30 AM at the Hancock Center (41st and I35) and 5:45 AM at the Ikea (north I35) by the Rio Grande Valley team. They are doing us the great favor of giving us a ride on their bus, which is only half full.
PARENTS: While the logistics for participants remain the same, chaperones and parents, if you are interested in accompanying the team to Sherman, please let Sara (sfperalta (at) gmail (dot) com) so she may reserve a seat for you. We have 23 seats available for the bus and priority goes to team members and coaches.
FOOD: We will stop in WACO for snacks, but you may bring food for the 5 hour bus ride.
RETURN: We will depart Sherman on Sunday at 10 AM and should arrive at Ikea at 3PM, and Austin at 3:30PM respectively.
LUGGAGE: Please remember to bring only one "carry on" and one "checked" bag for the trip. Don't forget your sheets, blankets and pillows.
KEY DEPOSIT: Please bing $35 in cash for the key deposit ($10) and loss fee ($35) for the dormitories.
